Adult Brown Banded Cockroachs grow to an average length of around 13mm (.5 in).
Brown Banded Cockroachs are tan to light brown. It has two light-colored bands across the wings.
Adult German Cockroachs grow to an average length of around 15mm (.59 in).
German Cockroach can be tan to brown to almost black, and has two dark parallel streaks running from the head to the base of the wings.
